Custom AI agents and workflow automation, built end to end and deployed in your stack. Fixed prices, fixed scope — priced for India, the US and the UK. You own the code.
Customer Support AI Agent
Answers customers 24/7 from your own docs — on web chat, WhatsApp or email.
A retrieval-augmented (RAG) agent trained on your help docs, product data and past tickets. It resolves the repetitive questions instantly, hands off cleanly to a human when it is unsure, and never invents an answer it cannot cite.
Captures a lead, qualifies it, books the call and writes it to your CRM — while you sleep.
Sits on your site or ad landing pages, has a real conversation with each lead, scores them against your criteria, books qualified ones straight into your calendar, and pushes everything to your CRM. Unqualified leads are filtered out before they waste your time.
Researches, drafts and schedules SEO content — with a quality gate so nothing thin ships.
The same pipeline running on this very site: pulls topics from live sources, writes original commentary in your voice, generates titles, meta and schema, and gates weak output automatically. You review and publish, or let it run.
Turns invoices, PDFs, emails and forms into clean, structured data — automatically.
Point it at an inbox, a folder or an upload form. It reads unstructured documents, extracts exactly the fields you define, validates them, and drops the result into a database, spreadsheet or accounting tool. Ends the manual re-typing.
Researches each prospect and drafts personalised outreach + follow-ups — you hit send.
Give it a list. It researches each prospect, writes genuinely personalised first-touch messages and a follow-up sequence, and stages them for your approval. Built to respect sending limits and keep you the human in the loop — not a spam cannon.
Wires your tools together — Slack, Sheets, Notion, Jira, email — so the busywork runs itself.
The multi-step workflows your team does by hand: routing requests, updating trackers, sending reminders, syncing data between apps. Built on n8n or Make where that fits, and in code where it does not, so you are not locked into one platform.
Answers and makes phone calls — bookings, reminders, screening — in a natural voice.
An inbound or outbound voice agent that handles appointment booking, reminders, order status and first-line screening over a real phone number. Understands, responds and takes action, escalating to a human when the call needs one.
Something specific to your business? Scoped, quoted and built to fit.
Not everything fits a template. If you have a workflow, a product idea or an internal process that an agent could own, we scope it on a call, agree a fixed price, and build it. Same engineering standard as everything else here.
Prices are fixed "from" quotes — final price is agreed after a short scoping call.
Monthly "run" covers hosting, monitoring and model costs, and is optional.

· How it works
From idea to a working agent in weeks, not months.
01
Scope
A short call to pin down exactly what the agent should do, what it connects to, and where the human stays in the loop. You get a fixed price.
02
Build
I build it in your stack — retrieval, guardrails and integrations — and test it against real inputs, not a happy-path demo.
03
Deploy
Deployed in your environment on a platform that is reliable and cheap to run. Costs and limits are set so it never surprises you.
04
Handover
You get the working agent, the source code, documentation and a walkthrough. Optional monthly support if you want me to keep it running.
· FAQ
Questions before you build.
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot follows a fixed script. An AI agent understands intent, decides what to do, and takes action — it can look something up, call an API, book a meeting, update a record, or hand off to a human. A support chatbot answers "what are your hours"; a support agent reads your docs, resolves the actual issue, and escalates the ones it cannot. Everything on this page is the second kind.
How much does it cost to build an AI agent?
It depends on scope. A focused agent (support, content, a single automation) typically starts around ₹28,000–₹45,000 in India, or $900–$1,500 for US and UK clients. More capable agents — voice, sales outreach, document extraction — run higher. Every agent on this page shows a fixed "from" price for India, the US and the UK, plus an optional monthly cost to run and maintain it.
Which tools and platforms do you build on?
Whatever fits the job. For LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open models via NVIDIA or self-hosting. For workflow automation: n8n, Make and Zapier where they fit, and custom code where they do not — so you are never locked into one platform. Voice runs on Twilio; retrieval uses a vector database. The right tool is the one that makes the agent reliable and cheap to run, not the trendiest one.
Will the AI agent make things up (hallucinate)?
That is the first thing engineered out. Agents answer from your data using retrieval, are constrained to defined actions, and are told to hand off rather than guess when confidence is low. For anything money- or compliance-sensitive, a human stays in the loop by design. A demo that hallucinates is a toy; a production agent has guardrails.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — with companies in the United States and the United Kingdom as well as India. Work is fully remote, quoted in your currency (USD, GBP or INR), with contracts, NDAs and IP assignment as standard. Delhi hours overlap UK business time and US Eastern mornings.
What do I actually get at handover?
The working agent deployed in your environment, the source code, documentation, and a walkthrough so your team can run and extend it. Optional monthly plans cover hosting, monitoring, model-cost management and changes — but you own everything, with no lock-in.
